Requirements: **Education:** Graduation in any stream **Experience:** 4-8 years in (Warehouse/DC Security Loss & Prevention) **Job Description:** • Deploy outsourced security Manpower and manage their shift roster • Ensure compliance to SLP Procedures at site level • Respond to Security Incident at Site and provide appropriate SLP support in terms of Investigation of incidents relating to theft material loss, Misconduct etc. • Conduct Security & Loss Prevention Trainings / Briefings to the site staff. **Key Skills:** • Laisoning with Local Authorities • Inventory Management • Investigative Mindset • Effective Communication Skills • Managing Work Processes • Contingency Planning Ability
