As a Stock Manager at Star Rays, your role will be to oversee the inventory processes in Surat, ensuring accurate tracking, storage, and distribution of Stones. Your responsibilities will include: - Monitoring stock levels and managing inventory movements - Conducting regular stock audits - Coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations You will be expected to ensure efficient stock handling practices, maintain compliance with company policies, and support overall supply chain and inventory efficiency. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Strong organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in inventory management systems and data analysis software - Detail-oriented with the ability to perform accurate stock checks, audits, and report analysis - Effective communication and coordination skills - Understanding of diamond or precious items handling is a plus - Prior experience in stock management, logistics, or supply chain operations preferred - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field recommended.
