Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Merchandizer located in Chhatarpur, Delhi. The Fashion Merchandizer will oversee daily store operations, lead and motivate the sales team, ensure superior customer experience, and maintain the store’s visual and operational standards in line with Moledro’s brand ethos. The day-to-day responsibilities : • Act as a brand ambassador — engaging directly with clients, understanding their preferences, and offering styling or product recommendations aligned with Moledro’s aesthetic. • Manage store merchandise and ensure visual displays reflect brand identity and seasonal trends. • Collaborate with the design, production, and retail teams to align product availability with customer demand and marketing plans. • Analyze sales data and customer insights to identify bestsellers, forecast trends, and optimize product mix. • Oversee inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment. • Coordinate with vendors and production partners for product timelines, quality checks, and deliveries. • Develop and present sales and merchandising strategies to management based on data-driven insights. • Support events, trunk shows, and private appointments, ensuring a luxury retail experience for every client. • Maintain store discipline, client communication, and uphold premium service standards at all times. • Demonstrate a strong personality, leadership presence, and the ability to handle clients confidently and gracefully.
