Role Description The Store Packer role is a full-time, on-site position located in Mumbai. The Store Packer will be responsible for preparing products for shipping, ensuring accurate packing of items, adhering to quality standards, and maintaining an organized work environment. Responsibilities include handling inventory, labeling packages, checking product quality, and coordinating with the inventory and shipping teams to meet delivery schedules efficiently. Qualifications • Experience in manual packing, labeling, and organizing products efficiently • Skills in inventory management and maintaining accurate stock records • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, coordinate with coworkers, and ensure seamless operations • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks • Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and the ability to lift and move packages of varying weights • Basic understanding of workplace safety and hygiene practices • Prior experience in a warehouse, retail, or store packing environment is a strong advantage.
