You are a dynamic Strategic Account Manager at Bilvantis, a rapidly growing technology company specializing in digital transformation solutions. Your role is crucial in driving revenue growth, expanding key client relationships, and ensuring long-term business success. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase revenue from key accounts. - Identify and capitalize on upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts. - Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers. - Act as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning Bilvantis services with their strategic objectives. - Conduct regular business reviews and provide insights to enhance client success. Strategic Planning & Execution: - Collaborate with internal teams (sales, pre-sales, delivery, and marketing) to develop and deliver tailored solutions. - Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and customer pain points to drive consultative engagements. - Meet or exceed revenue and client satisfaction targets while maintaining CRM accuracy. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Experience: 8-12 years in IT services account management, preferably within ISV, SaaS, or digital transformation. - Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT services, software development, and digital transformation solutions. - Sales Acumen: Proven ability to develop account growth strategies and close complex sales deals. - Relationship Building: Exceptional ability to build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders. - Strategic Thinking: Ability to forecast revenue, analyze key metrics, and drive business growth. - Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. - Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT, or related fields; MBA preferred.
