You are a dynamic Strategic Account Manager at Bilvantis, a rapidly growing technology company specializing in digital transformation solutions. Your role is crucial in driving revenue growth, expanding key client relationships, and ensuring long-term business success. • *Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase revenue from key accounts. - Identify and capitalize on upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts. - Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers. - Act as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning Bilvantis services with their strategic objectives. - Conduct regular business reviews and provide insights to enhance client success. • *Strategic Planning & Execution:** - Collaborate with internal teams (sales, pre-sales, delivery, and marketing) to develop and deliver tailored solutions. - Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and customer pain points to drive consultative engagements. - Meet or exceed revenue and client satisfaction targets while maintaining CRM accuracy. • *Required Skills & Qualifications:** - **Experience:** 8-12 years in IT services account management, preferably within ISV, SaaS, or digital transformation. - **Domain Knowledge:** Strong understanding of IT services, software development, and digital transformation solutions. - **Sales Acumen:** Proven ability to develop account growth strategies and close complex sales deals. - **Relationship Building:** Exceptional ability to build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders. - **Strategic Thinking:** Ability to forecast revenue, analyze key metrics, and drive business growth. - **Communication & Negotiation Skills:** Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. - **Education:** Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT, or related fields; MBA preferred.
