About the Role We are supporting a fast-growing technology-driven organization focused on delivering cutting-edge solutions across AI, Cloud, Digital Engineering, and Data platforms. We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Strategic Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and build long-term strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue growth targets • Identify and acquire new enterprise clients across target industries • Build and nurture long-term relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers • Generate qualified opportunities through networking, industry events, partnerships, and digital outreach • Collaborate with solution architects, delivery teams, and marketing to design tailored client solutions • Own the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, and closure • Establish and manage strategic alliances and partnerships to expand business opportunities • Track market trends, competitor landscape, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics • Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, and client engagements Key Skills & Competencies • Strong experience in enterprise sales and strategic account management • Deep understanding of IT services, AI, Cloud, and digital transformation solutions • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills • Proven ability to build and influence C-level relationships • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles • Strong analytical thinking and market research capabilities • Self-driven with a high ownership and results-oriented mindset Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field • MBA in Sales / Marketing / Strategy preferred • 10+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships within IT services / technology consulting • Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets Why This Role? • Opportunity to work on high-impact, technology-led solutions (AI, Cloud, Data) • Engage with enterprise clients and leadership teams • High ownership with strong growth and earning potential • Fast-paced, execution-driven environment
