Job Title: Strategic Chief of Staff – CEO Office Location: Mumbai Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: Up to ₹15–20 LPA (Fixed + Variable) Working Days: Monday–Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM) Working Saturdays: 2nd & 4th (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Role Overview The Chief of Staff will be responsible for driving strategic coordination, managing executive priorities, overseeing departmental alignment, and ensuring smooth execution of key initiatives. The role enables the CEO to focus on high-impact strategic priorities while ensuring that operational workflows, projects, and communications run seamlessly across the organization. Key Responsibilities 1. CEO Office Leadership Support • Serve as the central liaison between the CEO and internal teams. • Manage and organise the CEO’s calendar—reviews, internal meetings, client interactions, travel schedules. • Prepare business reviews, presentation decks, briefing notes, and key analysis. • Track, follow up, and ensure timely closure of all action points emerging from CEO-level discussions. 2. Cross-Functional Coordination & Alignment • Facilitate seamless communication across HR, Sales, Advisory, Research, Marketing, Accounts, and Administration. • Align teams on priorities, deliverables, and timelines. • Lead weekly and monthly review mechanisms across departments. 3. Strategic Project & Execution Management • Drive and monitor high-priority internal projects. • Identify bottlenecks and proactively escalate operational gaps. • Implement dashboards, reporting frameworks, and progress trackers. 4. HR & External Consultant Coordination • Coordinate with external HR partners on recruitment and onboarding processes. • Support leadership evaluations, assessments, and HR initiatives. • Ensure smooth administration of organisational people-related interventions. Required Qualifications & Skills • 8–10 years of experience in roles such as Chief of Staff, Project Manager, Program Manager, Operations Lead, or similar. • Proven experience managing or coordinating 25–30+ member cross-functional teams. • Strong organisational, execution, and follow-through capabilities. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation-building skills. • High proficiency in: Google Workspace, Project management tools, Reporting dashboards, Calendar & travel management. • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and maturity in handling confidential matters.
