Strategic Finance Leader About the Role: The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the global Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable function, ensuring accurate financial controls, compliance adherence, and timely reporting.Key Responsibilities: Lead revenue recognition and customer billing processes. Manage accounts receivable and revenue accruals according to company policy. Drive cost control and automation initiatives within the finance department. Conduct thorough analysis and review of financials, ensuring accounting hygiene. Establish internal controls, including those related to transactions with related parties, CSR, and MSMEs. Maintain compliance with transaction processing requirements. Implement budgetary controls for finance-related expenses. Act as a liaison between the IBU and finance teams, providing guidance on financial matters. Expertly apply TDS/WHT/GST/RCM knowledge in domestic and foreign vendor payments. Understand indirect taxes across various countries. Collaborate with auditors during limited reviews and statutory audits. Have exposure to transfer pricing, direct tax laws, and related regulations. Develop and monitor SLAs for activities across the finance function. People Management and Leadership: Motivate and lead a large team using an assertive and empathetic approach. Set and review goals, KPAs, and targets. Effectively articulate ideas and thoughts in cross-functional interactions. Co-pilot business decisions. Solution-oriented to act as a business enabler and team leader.
