Role Summary Your mission is to expand the digital footprint of GGBA Global. You will be responsible for marketing our global portal to potential partners, onboarding them onto the platform, and driving them to lodge applications for our Investment, Study Abroad, and Work Permit services. Core Responsibilities 1. Portal Marketing & Agent Acquisition - Market the Ecosystem: Actively promote www.ggbaglobal.com and its suite of global services to potential agents and sub-consultants. - Agent Onboarding: Identify and register high-potential agents on the portal, ensuring they understand the platform’s features and value proposition. - Field Presence: Conduct field visits and marketing drives to build a robust pipeline of partners across India and SE Asia. 2. Revenue & Performance Management - Drive Application Lodgement: This is a performance-driven role. You must ensure that registered agents move from "onboarded" to "active" by lodging applications (Work Permits, Study Abroad, or Business Setup). - Activation Support: Provide technical and process support to agents to remove any friction during the application lodgement process. - Sales Targets: Meet monthly targets for new agent registrations and successful revenue-generating lodgements. 3. Ongoing Agent Support (Post-Onboarding) - Performance Monitoring: Regularly track agent activity on the portal and re-engage inactive users. - FAQ Management: Resolve agent and applicant queries regarding portal usage, service documentation, and global compliance. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Registration Rate: Number of new, verified agents signed up on the portal per month. - Activation Rate: Percentage of agents who lodge their first application within 30 days. - Revenue Volume: Total value or count of successful application lodgements. Candidate Requirements - Sales Grit: 1–3 years of experience in field sales, channel management, or business development. - Tech-Comfort: Ability to demonstrate and "sell" a digital portal/SaaS platform to non-technical users. - Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Migration, Education, or Investment sectors is highly preferred. - Communication: Persuasive speaking skills in English and relevant regional languages.
