Strategic Management • Formulate and lead the human resource strategy for the Regional Business Unit (BU) in India, aligning it with the Global Business Strategy. • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):TAR (Total Attrition Rate) • CAD (Critical Attrition Data) • ASR (Annual Salary Review) • Promotions • People Dialogues • Expat Management • Diversity Targets (as per global benchmarks) • Compensation & Benefits (C&B) for the SAARC region 2. Business Planning • Promote and oversee the execution of in-year target deployment for human resources aligned with the business strategy. • KPIs:Achievement of the talent plan to support business objectives • Managing upper limits for headcount (HC) • Optimizing management ratios within the organizational pyramid • Controlling cost 3. Organizational Development • Oversee and enhance HR processes and systems to improve organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and performance based on business and market trends. • KPIs:Organizational design fulfillment • Job architecture implementation • IPE (Internal Position Evaluation) 4. Talent Planning & Management • Plan and strategize workforce planning, succession planning, and talent mapping to build a strong talent pipeline for business-critical roles. • KPIs:FWP (Future Workforce Planning) / SWP (Strategic Workforce Planning) • Identification of key roles • Succession planning and employee development 5. People Advisory • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related issues, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment. • KPIs:eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score) 6. People Management • Anticipate HR competency requirements based on current and future trends and advise on employee capability development accordingly. • KPIs:ESI (Employee Satisfaction Index) Qualifications MBA / MSW/ PGDBA in HR 15+ years of experience in HR min 4 years of leading a team Business partnering experience with sales dominant business.
