Strategic Operations Associate Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to support strategic planning and operational efficiency in a fast-growing fintech environment. The ideal candidate will contribute to shaping growth strategies, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless execution across key business initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Formulate business strategies based on market research, competitor analysis, and internal performance metrics. • Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and profitability. • Support expansion efforts into new markets and partnerships, including regulatory, market, and risk assessments. • Monitor KPIs and develop dashboards to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations. • Collaborate with product and tech teams to streamline onboarding, payments, and transaction flows. • Conduct feasibility and impact analysis for new mobile money features, services, and innovations. • Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership to support strategic decision-making. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field. • Strong foundational knowledge of data analytics tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL, Tableau, etc.). • 1-2 years of experience working in the FinTech industry is highly desirable. • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
