Job Description About The Role We are hiring a SPL who obsesses over operational excellence, attention to detail, and isn't afraid of ambiguity. You will get to own large contracts with labs and enterprises. What You'll Do • Building and scaling operations that drive real revenue in a short period of time. • Managing large number of experts and processes across the entire stack. • Making high-impact decisions daily. • Wearing multiple hats (ops, execution, strategy and product). What We're Looking For • Technical (CS/engineering degree, comfortable with SQL/Python) • Operational experience is a great plus. • Scrappy (you figure things out without a playbook) • Hungry (you want impact, not just a job, and voracious appetite to learn).
