Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, analyzing project requirements, and ensuring that all initiatives align with the organization's strategic goals. You will engage in discussions with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, facilitating a smooth workflow and timely delivery of projects. Your role will also require you to monitor progress, address challenges, and implement solutions to ensure that objectives are met effectively and efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills. - Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI). - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions. - Experience in project management methodologies and frameworks. - Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI). - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
