Strategic Sourcing Management Services Location: Bangalore. • Ensure monthly service quotes from OEMs align with financial reporting schedules, verifying bill of materials (BOM), material costs, material value-add (MVA) using the Prism tool. • Prepare, review, and submit service pricing proposals for Businss Ops management approval, ensuring timely publication in SAP and communication to global buyers. • Validate claims from OEMs, ensure due diligence for every cost items are approved/audited. Issue PO/PR through eApproval and Wrike system. • Support team for vendor on-board with new Ariba tool. Focus on setting up new vendor code for vendor in India and existing Auido vendor in Vietnam and China. • Interact with WW buyers for price troubleshooting. • Validate NPI BOM structure and service cost placeholder set-up. • Conduct Quarterly Price reconciliation. • Support ad-hoc OEM cost claim validation. • System admin for iCost tool. • Maintenance of KPI database and KPI reporting. • Proactively identify process improvements and drive implementation to increase efficiency. Skills Required: Strong data analytical capabilities with superior attention to details Multitasking with time-sensitive assignments Excellent written and oral communication skills Demonstrated experience with cross-functional collaboration High level of personal and professional integrity Proficient in Excel SAP skills a plus Education & Experiences: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year college or university. MBA, MS, or professional credential is preferred A minimum of 5 years of working experience in the supply chain or finance area is expected Experience in managing vendors is a plus.
