We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to drive recruitment excellence and lead our HR function with a people-centric and growth-focused approach. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in talent acquisition, HR strategy, policy-making, and operations, along with exceptional communication skills. Key Responsibilities — • Talent Acquisition & Hiring - • Lead end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. • Build and manage scalable talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs. • Manage and optimize ATS systems for efficient candidate tracking and hiring • Ensure a seamless and quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. HR Strategy & Operations - • Develop, implement, and update HR policies, processes, and frameworks. • Lead the overall HR strategy to support business objectives. • Handle HR operations including attendance, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. • Work closely with leadership to drive culture, engagement, and organizational development. • Ensure smooth HR workflows and adherence to company standards and compliance guidelines. Required Skills & Qualifications — • Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR with strong exposure to strategic roles and full-cycle recruitment. • Strong command over HR policies, ATS tools, and recruitment processes. • Hands-on experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle management. • Exceptional writing/communication or journalism skills for internal & external communication. • Ability to manage stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment. • Strong analytical, decision-making, and leadership abilities.
