Key Responsibilities 1. Leasing & Revenue Growth Lead end-to-end leasing for warehousing and logistics assets across India. Drive client acquisition across 3PL, e-commerce, FMCG, and manufacturing sectors. Manage the full deal lifecycle: lead generation, proposal development, negotiations, and closures. Achieve high occupancy levels (target: 90%+ for Grade A assets). Structure commercially viable leasing deals (rentals, escalations, tenure, etc.) 2. Strategic Growth & Market Expansion Develop and execute leasing and go-to-market strategies across regions. Identify opportunities in Tier 2/3 cities and emerging micro-markets in Tier 1 cities. Build market entry strategies for new geographies and greenfield developments. Track competitor activity and industry trends to unlock growth opportunities. 3. Stakeholder & Client Management Act as the primary interface for institutional clients, IPCs (International Property Consultants), and brokers. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Ensure high client satisfaction and 95%+ renewal/retention rates. 4. Team Leadership Lead and mentor a Pan India leasing and BD team. Set performance targets and drive execution across regions. Build a high-performance, client-focused team culture. 5. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with Projects, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure smooth deal closure and onboarding. Ensure all lease agreements are legally compliant and commercially optimized.
