Role Overview We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to work closely with the Strategy Team. This role involves strategic planning, competitive intelligence, performance tracking, and leadership reporting. The position offers high visibility and direct exposure to senior leadership, providing an opportunity to contribute to strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities Competitive Benchmarking & Industry Tracking - Track competitors' products, pricing, capabilities, and strategic initiatives - Maintain updated industry intelligence and data repositories - Prepare benchmarking dashboards and strategic insights Senior Leadership Reviews & Presentations - Prepare Monthly Business Review (MBR) presentations - Develop structured, insight-driven decks for leadership discussions - Support data-backed storytelling for management decision-making Strategy & Planning - Support preparation of: - Long Range Strategic Plans - Annual Operating Plan (AOP) - Board and investor presentations - Ad-hoc strategic analysis - Conduct market research and financial analysis to support strategy MIS & Performance Reporting - Prepare periodic MIS reports for senior management - Build dashboards to track key business KPIs - Analyze performance trends and highlight risks and opportunities Business Analytics & Insights Perform analytics across: - Digital Business - Branch business - Analyze revenue, productivity, customer acquisition, cross-sell, and profitability - Identify performance gaps and growth opportunities - Provide data-driven recommendations to improve business performance Platform & Product Insights - Analyze platform and app usage data - Generate insights to improve customer engagement and product adoption - Support product strategy through analytics Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Product, Technology, Sales, Operations, and Finance teams - Track strategic initiatives and project progress - Ensure timely updates and follow-ups with leadership Skills & Competencies Technical Skills - Advanced proficiency in: - MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Dashboards, Financial Models) - PowerPoint (Executive-level presentations) - MS Word Working knowledge of: - SQL - Python (preferred for analytics/automation) - Understanding of Capital Markets / Financial Services industry Core Competencies - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Structured thinking and attention to detail - Ability to convert large datasets into actionable insights - Strong communication and presentation skills - High ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Qualifications & Experience - MBA from a premier institute - 1-5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, analytics, or financial services Why Join Us? - Work directly with the Managing Director and senior leadership - Exposure to high-impact strategic decision-making - Accelerated learning in capital markets and business strategy - Opportunity to work on organization-wide strategic initiatives
