About the Role: We are looking for a high-ownership Strategy & Operations - Manager/ Associate to act as the operational backbone of our internal business processes. This is a build-and-scale role where you will work at the intersection of product, business and operations to architect systems that can withstand hyper-growth. Key Responsibilities: • Strategic Program Execution: Translate high-level strategic goals into actionable operational frameworks, ensuring seamless implementation and tangible business outcomes. • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Serve as the connection between Product, Ops, and Business teams to align objectives, remove friction, and speed up project delivery. • Data-Backed Strategy: Leverage analytics, SQL, and KPIs to build dashboards that monitor health, identify bottlenecks, and inform critical business decisions. • Process Architecture & Automation: Identify manual bottlenecks in workflows and automate or standardize them to drive operational excellence. • Stakeholder Management: Manage complex projects with multiple internal stakeholders, ensuring strict adherence to timelines and high-quality outcomes. Required Skills & Qualifications: • B.Tech/B.E. from a Tier-1 engineering college (IITs, BITS, NITs). • Experience (Associate): 1–3 years of relevant experience (Pre-MBA or B.Tech graduates) in Program Management, CEO’s Office, or Strategy & Ops within a B2C company (preferably Fintech or E-commerce). • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to interpret unstructured data, generate insights, and drive data-backed decisions using Excel/SQL. • Execution Mindset: Proven ability to design, scale, and streamline complex operational workflows. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
