About The Role The Strategy & Operations Manager will act as the CEO’s extended arm to drive key projects across fundraising, sales, R&D, operations, and partnerships. You will bring structure, clarity, and execution discipline across the company. Key Responsibilities • Strategic Projects & Execution Convert CEO priorities into clear execution plans. Drive cross-functional initiatives and track progress weekly. Identify bottlenecks and solve them proactively. Work closely with Sales, R&D, Ops, HR, and Finance leaders. • Fundraising Support Map right investors (deeptech, defence, robotics, GCC interest). Prepare investor briefs and summarise calls. Manage investor CRM, follow-up schedules, and requirements. Support pitch deck revisions, financial summaries, and data room. • Sales & Partner Alignment Track sales pipeline, opportunity movement, and partner accounts. Ensure follow-ups with international partners (GCC, SEA, EU). Support key account management and escalation tracking. • R&D & Product Coordination Track R&D milestones. Help coordinate testing, field trials, and delivery planning. Ensure product owners share reports, risks, and dependencies. • Internal Reviews & Dashboards Prepare Weekly Operations Dashboards Sales pipeline Monthly order book Delivery progress R&D roadmap Hiring & HR updates Finance/BBC metrics Present insights, recommendations, and corrective actions. • Communication & Documentation Draft strategic documents, presentations, board updates. Prepare concept notes, partnership proposals, government submissions. Structure SOPs & process improvements across functions. Requirements 3–6 years experience in consulting, business operations, PMO, or startup strategy roles. Excellent problem-solving & analytical skills. Strong communication and leadership presence. Ability to manage multiple teams and drive clarity. High ownership, disciplined execution, and confidentiality. Good understanding of tech or engineering domains is a plus. Added advantage if you are ex-founder Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in: Engineering (preferred: mechanical, electronics, robotics, computer science) Business / Economics / Commerce MBA is an advantage but not required.
