Position: Student Development Manager – Beyond the Classroom Organization: Gatik Junior College Location: Nandigaon (Near Bhanur - Patancheruvu), Hyderabad. Employment Type: Full Time About Gatik Gatik believes education should go beyond textbooks and examinations. Our BYTC (Beyond the Classroom) initiative focuses on helping students develop real-world skills such as leadership, communication, creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration. Through structured activities, workshops, and experiential learning, BYTC enables students to discover their strengths and grow into confident and responsible individuals. Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and engaging educator/facilitator to lead the Beyond the Classroom (BYTC) program at Gatik Junior College. The role involves designing and conducting structured sessions and activities that help students develop life skills, leadership abilities, teamwork, and creative thinking, complementing their academic learning. Key Responsibilities • Plan and conduct weekly BYTC sessions focused on life skills, leadership, communication, and creativity. • Design and facilitate interactive workshops, group activities, debates, presentations, and innovation challenges. • Encourage student participation, confidence building, and teamwork. • Identify and nurture student talents, interests, and leadership potential. • Organize competitions, student-led initiatives, and collaborative projects. • Connect classroom concepts with real-life situations and practical learning experiences. • Maintain activity plans, participation records, and program reports. • Collaborate with faculty and administration to align activities with student development goals. Desired Profile • Graduate/Postgraduate in Education, Psychology, Liberal Arts, Management, Communication, or related fields. • Passion for student engagement, experiential learning, and youth development. • Strong communication, facilitation, and mentoring skills. • Ability to conduct interactive sessions and manage student groups effectively. • Experience in student activities, training programs, clubs, or extracurricular coordination will be an advantage.
