About the role: As a Student Success Manager, you will manage and actively partake in prospective student engagements in support of GradRight’s partnership with leading universities in the US. You will help students understand partner-university’s programs, opportunities, and other offerings, and will guide them through their program decision making, applications, and enrollment journeys. Core Responsibilities: Product Understanding: • To understand functionality of the SelectRight Platform and its value creation for the students • To understand student journey on the product and key features to drive product usage • To understand, analyze various events on the product and their impact in driving the overall growth • To understand the product USPs and pitch them to users during outreach. Outreach: • To reach out to students at various product stages and to drive them for usage and pitch about various services via cold calling, emailers & other outreach activities • To understand user requirements and give them unbiased suggestions and help them meaningfully in their abroad education journey • To follow-up with users via cold calling, emailers & other channels to drive them towards product usage and move them to further stages in the sales funnel • To analyze, prioritize outreach efforts to ensure TATs are maintained • To raise flags and concerns, if any, during the outreach and ensure them to resolve it with the functional lead. Communication & Collaboration: • To communicate and collaborate effectively with team members to understand challenges and propose solutions to existing problems • To collaborate with various cross functional teams to drive product usage, user experience and other key factors for overall growth • To effectively analyse and communicate challenges, best practices, and observations to improve effectiveness and productivity • To maintain a positive and growth mindset internally to ensure self-motivation and team motivation. Analytics: • To use CRM to update user stages/ logging efforts on a daily basis • To maintain/update trackers on various parameters • To understand and analyse reports shared and work on action items.
