Role Overview We are looking for a Student Success Manager to manage front-desk responsibilities, handle student queries, and ensure a smooth support experience for our learners. Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound and outbound student calls professionally - Assist students with course-related queries - Manage visitor interactions at the office - Maintain records and basic documentation - Support internal coordination and administrative tasks Requirements - Graduate / Postgraduate (Freshers and experienced candidates may apply) - Working knowledge of MS Office - Professional communication and phone etiquette Compensation Salary up to ₹40,000 per month (based on experience) Interested candidates can apply through or mail your resume, current in Hand salary & Notice Period at anmol@quintedge.com or call at 9811255252
