SUCCESS MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION Profile: The Success Manager is responsible for ensuring consistent and high-quality implementation of the academic program, effective use of technology platforms (LMS & ERP), and smooth functioning of school processes. Through fortnightly school visits, the Success Manager conducts audits, provides feedback, facilitates training, and ensures alignment with the organization’s learning framework and policies. Key Responsibilities 1. Academic Implementation & Student Learning Support: · Monitor how effectively teaching and learning practices are being implemented in classrooms. · Support teachers in achieving learning goals and maintaining quality academic standards. · Observe and review student work to ensure consistent progress in key skill areas such as literacy, numeracy, and comprehension. · Ensure academic activities, assignments, and assessments are purposeful, timely, and aligned with the curriculum. · Promote and oversee initiatives that contribute to students’ overall development — including creative expression, values education, and emotional well-being. · Encourage the effective use of learning resources and teaching aids to enhance engagement and understanding. 2. Technology Integration & Digital Practices: · Facilitate and monitor the effective adoption of digital learning platforms and school management systems among staff and students. · Support teachers and school teams in using technology for lesson delivery, planning, and student engagement. · Help ensure regular and timely administration of assessments, and accurate recording of student progress through digital systems. · Encourage the use of technology tools for differentiated instruction, remedial support, and data-driven teaching strategies. · Promote consistent and purposeful use of digital resources for communication, monitoring learning activities, and maintaining records. · Guide school teams to leverage technology for process efficiency, documentation, and continuous improvement in teaching and learning outcomes. 3. School Functioning & Coordination: · Ensure implementation of the annual academic and activity calendar, aligning day-to-day operations with organizational goals. · Monitor the functioning of support systems within the school — including timetabling, classroom management, and adherence to policies. · Identify students who may require additional academic, behavioural, or emotional support, and ensure appropriate intervention plans are in place in coordination with the school team. · Ensure that all observations, discussions, and recommendations are recorded in structured visit reports, supported by relevant documentation for follow-up. · Coordinate with cluster managers and other stakeholders to track action taken on recommendations and ensure continuous improvement across schools. · Encourage a positive and collaborative culture between the school and the wider network, reinforcing shared accountability for outcomes. 4. Stakeholder Engagement: · Build strong coordination with franchisee leadership to align academic, operational, and policy implementation with organizational expectations. · Engage with parents, to address concerns, and promote home-school partnerships that strengthen student outcomes. · Ensure transparent and timely communication with all stakeholders, balancing academic priorities with school-level needs. · Promote trust and collaboration among school leadership, teachers, parents, and franchisee partners to reinforce accountability and collective ownership of results. REPORTING: The success manager reports to the Cluster manager. NOTE: · Fortnightly travel to allocated schools within the cluster. · Combination of document verification, teacher discussions and review. · Physical verification of evidence (classroom boards, notebooks, LMS/ERP reports).
