We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join our dynamic Logistics and Supply Chain team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in optimizing our supply chain operations, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring seamless coordination across cross-functional teams. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by analyzing complex logistics processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing data-driven solutions that enhance operational excellence and customer satisfaction. - Analyze supply chain processes and logistics operations to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement across the organization. - Collaborate with cross-functional departments including procurement, production planning, distribution, and customer service. - Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports on supply chain performance metrics, service level failures, and root cause analysis. - Support the development and execution of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) initiatives. - Lead process improvement initiatives by driving continuous improvement methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 4-5 years experience in data analytics.
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft SQL / Power BI and Database Management.
