Full-Time Onsite (Austin, TX) Position 1 • Collaborate with clients: Understand business challenges and develop data-driven solutions. • Analyze large datasets: Uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights for strategic decision-making. • Develop and implement models: Use statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and AI-driven solutions. • Design dashboards: Create interactive dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate insights. • Work with cross-functional teams: Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and product managers. • Utilize tools: Use Python, R, and SQL for data analysis, modeling, and solution development. • Explore new techniques: Continuously apply new analytical techniques to enhance business outcomes. • Supply Chain Management: Prior experience in supply chain systems is a plus. Qualification • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Entrepreneurial mindset with curiosity, proactiveness, and self-starter attitude. • Passion for data-driven decision-making and a desire to learn. • Experience with SAP ERP systems, including data extraction, analytics, and reporting. • Understanding of basic statistical modeling and data visualization. • US Citizen.
