Supply Chain Associate

About the job

We are seeking a Supply Chain Associate to support the day-to-day execution of supply chain operations for one of our core brands, which develops and manufactures syrup products for both its own portfolio and for external business clients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and process daily sales orders, responding to order-related queries as required - Place replenishment orders with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels - Monitor inventory levels and proactively flag shortages or supply risks - Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within the MRP / stock management system - Coordinate with warehouses and logistics partners on inbound and outbound stock - Liaise with external manufacturers and suppliers to manage production and deliveries - Track orders through to delivery and help resolve discrepancies or issues - Provide regular updates to the Supply Chain Manager on order status, stock levels, and priorities - Support the wider supply chain and operations team with ad-hoc tasks as needed **Required Qualifications / What We're Looking For:** - 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations - Hands-on experience managing orders, inventory, or supplier coordination - Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills - Clear written communication and confidence working with multiple stakeholders - Comfortable handling routine, day-to-day operational tasks - Good written and verbal English communication skills **Preferred Skills / Nice to Have:** - Experience using MRPeasy or any other MRP / inventory management system - Background in the Food & Beverage industry (preferred but not required) - Experience working with external manufacturers, suppliers, or warehouses - Exposure to a startup or fast-growing business environment - A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and suggest process improvements **Work Schedule:** - Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM GMT- India (IST): 2:30 PM - 11:30 PM - Work Model: Fully Remote **Benefits / What We Offer:** - Yearly compensation range of INR 10 - 13 LPA - Fully remote work setup - Opportunity to work closely with senior supply chain leadership - Exposure to a growing international business and brand - Supportive, collaborative, and transparent team culture - Room for growth as the company scales.
