JOB DESCRIPTION Company Name: Seqronics India Pvt Ltd Location: Mysuru, Karnataka Designation: Supply Chain & Customer Support Executive Qualification: Diploma / BE in Electrical / Electronics Experience: 2+ Years in Supply Chain / Operations Key Responsibilities • Support customer after-sales activities including order status, dispatch updates, and coordination • Prepare customer quotations, billing, and order documentation • Coordinate with sales, service, and operations teams for smooth order execution • Monitor inventory and stock availability for ongoing orders and projects • Ensure correct product pricing and margin tracking during billing and order processing • Coordinate with purchase team and vendors for material availability • Maintain order records, stock reports, and delivery documentation • Assist in dispatch planning and logistics coordination • Support internal teams with product information, availability, and order updates Skills & Requirements • Basic knowledge of electrical / industrial automation products • Understanding of supply chain operations and inventory management • Ability to handle billing, quotations, and order documentation • Good knowledge of MS Excel and documentation • Strong coordination and communication skills • Ability to work with sales, service, and operations teams
