Role Summary Looking for a hands-on Supply Chain Executive to manage vendor sourcing and coordination for F&B and transport services across MICE projects in India. The role demands strong negotiation skills, quick turnarounds, and reliable execution for corporate events and group movements. Key Responsibilities - Source and contract caterers, restaurants, fleet operators, and ground transport vendors across key Indian destinations. - Negotiate rates, block inventory, and ensure service-level compliance. - Coordinate vehicle movements, meal plans, and event schedules for large groups. - Maintain updated vendor database and rate sheets. - Handle last-minute changes and on-ground escalations. - Support billing checks and vendor payment coordination. Requirements - 1–3 years of experience in MICE, DMC operations, or event supply management. - Strong vendor network in India preferred. - Excellent negotiation and coordination skills. - Proficiency in Excel and cost comparisons. - Willingness to travel for site inspections and event support.
