Job Summary The Supply Chain Executive is responsible for managing the flow of raw materials, production planning coordination, inventory control, and timely delivery of finished goods. The role ensures smooth coordination between procurement, production, warehouse, and logistics to maintain efficient supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities • Material Planning • Plan and monitor raw material requirements based on production schedules. • Ensure availability of materials for uninterrupted production. • Inventory Management • Maintain optimal inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods. • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with store department. • Procurement Coordination • Coordinate with purchase team for timely procurement of materials. • Follow up with vendors for material delivery. • Production Coordination • Work closely with production team to align supply chain activities with production planning. • Logistics & Dispatch • Coordinate with logistics team for timely dispatch of finished goods. • Ensure proper documentation for dispatch and delivery. • Vendor Coordination • Maintain communication with suppliers for delivery schedules and quality issues. • Data & Reporting • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly supply chain reports. • Track material movement and supply chain performance. • Process Improvement • Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. • 2–4 years of experience in supply chain or operations (preferably in manufacturing industry).
