Job Title: Supply Chain Finance Analyst Location: Dhulagarh Department: Supply Chain Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Finance Analyst to support our Supply Chain Finance (SCF) function in driving cash flow optimization, improving working capital efficiency, and enhancing overall financial performance across the CPG supply chain. The role will collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance teams to analyze financial data, monitor KPIs, and support the implementation and optimization of Supply Chain Finance programs. Key Responsibilities Supply Chain Finance Program Support • Assist in designing, implementing, and managing Supply Chain Finance programs such as: • Reverse Factoring (Supplier Financing) • Dynamic Discounting • Inventory Financing • Support onboarding of suppliers and internal stakeholders to SCF platforms. Working Capital & Cash Flow Management • Analyze working capital components (Inventory, Payables, Receivables). • Monitor and improve Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC). • Provide insights to optimize liquidity and reduce funding costs. Financial Modeling & Analysis • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate the impact of supply chain decisions on: • Cash flow • Cost of goods sold (COGS) • Inventory holding costs • Payment terms optimization • Conduct scenario analysis and forecasting. Performance Tracking & Reporting • Track and report KPIs related to Supply Chain Finance programs. • Prepare dashboards and periodic management reports. • Identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities. Risk Management & Process Improvement • Identify financial and operational risks within the supply chain. • Escalate risks with recommended mitigation strategies. • Support process improvement and automation initiatives. • Work on system enhancements within ERP and finance tools. Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline. • 3-5 years of experience in Finance, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field. • Prior experience in CPG/FMCG industry is preferred. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling. • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent. • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
