Kenvue is currently recruiting for: Supply Chain Finance Analyst – India This position reports into the Supply Chain Finance Manager – India and is based in India. Key Responsibilities: • Support the India GP agenda by generating insights and analytical decision support for business counsel, risk management, and decision-making. • Partner closely with Source & Deliver teams to drive financial performance. • Manage and analyze budget vs. actuals for site capital spending. • Support capital evaluation and financial submissions for business cases. • Act as a gatekeeper for internal and external compliance requirements. • Support regional and special finance projects as required. Required Qualifications: • 3–4 years of post-qualification experience with a strong academic background. • Strong understanding of financial regulations, controls, and accounting standards. • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, matrixed, and complex environment. • Proficiency in financial systems and business applications. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in supply chain finance, manufacturing finance, or consumer/industrial environments. • Strong technical accounting knowledge.
