The ideal candidates will oversee procurement, inventory management, logistics, and supplier relations to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities: ✔Develop and implement supply chain strategies for optimal cost, quality, and efficiency. ✔Manage procurement, inventory, and logistics to ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished goods. ✔Collaborate with production, sales, and quality teams to align supply chain processes with business goals. ✔Negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards. ✔Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for cost reduction and process improvement. ✔Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies. ✔Lead and mentor the supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications & Requirements: ✔Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. ✔Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG industries. ✔Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory control, and logistics. ✔Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. ✔Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain management software. ✔Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities. ✔Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
