Role & responsibilities We're looking for an experienced supply chain leader to oversee our dairy supply chain operations, including warehouse/depot management, inventory management, logistics planning, vendor management, and material requisition planning. The ideal candidate will have 13-18 years of experience in FMCG or dairy industry. • Key Responsibilities:* • Manage multiple warehouses/depots, ensuring efficient operations and optimal inventory levels. • Oversee inventory management, including stock monitoring, replenishment, and optimization. • Develop and implement logistics planning strategies to meet business needs. • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance. • Coordinate material requisition planning with production and sales teams. • Drive cost savings and process improvements in supply chain operations. • Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. • Requirements:* • 13-18 years of experience in FMCG or dairy industry, with a strong background in supply chain management. • Proven track record of managing large-scale supply chain operations. • Strong understanding of warehouse management, inventory control, logistics, and vendor management. • Excellent leadership and communication skills. • Master's degree in supply chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.
