Job Overview: We are hiring skilled professionals for Supply Chain & Logistics Jobs in Ahmedabad to manage procurement, inventory, distribution, and supplier coordination to ensure seamless operations. Key Responsibilities: ✔Develop and execute supply chain and logistics strategies for cost efficiency and productivity. ✔Oversee procurement, inventory management, and distribution processes. ✔Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transporters to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods. ✔Optimize warehouse operations and logistics planning to improve efficiency. ✔Monitor and analyze key supply chain metrics to enhance performance. ✔Ensure compliance with quality standards and industry regulations. ✔Lead and train the logistics team for improved workflow and efficiency. Qualifications & Requirements: ✔Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. ✔Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply chain & logistics, preferably in the skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG industries. ✔Strong knowledge of inventory control, procurement, and transportation. ✔Proficiency in ERP systems and logistics management software. ✔Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills. ✔Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
