JOB OPENING: Supply Chain Management & Finance Technical Consultant Location: Jharkhand | Position: Senior Professional Level | Contract: 1 Year (Renewable) About the Role: We're seeking an experienced SCM and finance professional to strengthen supply chain and financial processes for adolescent health programs. You'll optimize procurement systems, improve fund flow mechanisms, ensure efficient resource utilization, and build government capacity in SCM and financial management. The role involves 50% travel and close coordination with government divisions, state health departments, and technical partners. Key Requirements: • Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field • 7-8 years in public health supply chain, procurement, and financial management • Strong expertise in procurement systems, budgeting, financial analysis, and resource utilization • Proven experience with government financial systems, donor-funded programs, and large-scale health initiatives • Demonstrated ability to manage teams, projects, and complex SCM initiatives • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills • Proficiency in MS Office and project management software • Experience in training government officials and process improvement • Preference: Knowledge of digital health solutions, Indian public health policies, and tribal geographies What You'll Do: Lead supply chain optimization | Manage program budgeting & financial planning | Strengthen procurement systems | Build capacity of government teams | Analyze fund flow mechanisms | Coordinate multi-sectoral financial processes | Conduct field monitoring | Develop training programs for government officials Forward your resume to neeraj@bigleapconsultancy.com
