The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement, production planning, inventory control, logistics, and supplier relationships to ensure the smooth and efficient movement of materials and finished products. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to optimize cost, quality, and efficiency. - Oversee procurement, inventory management, and logistics to ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished goods. - Collaborate with production, sales, and quality teams to align supply chain operations with business goals. - Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards. - Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. - Lead and mentor the supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
