Job Overview: We are seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals for Supply Chain Management Jobs to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing procurement, production planning, inventory control, logistics, and supplier relationships to ensure the smooth and efficient movement of materials and finished products. Key Responsibilities: ✔Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to optimize cost, quality, and efficiency. ✔Oversee procurement, inventory management, and logistics to ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished goods. ✔Collaborate with production, sales, and quality teams to align supply chain operations with business goals. ✔Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards. ✔Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities. ✔Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. ✔Lead and mentor the supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications & Requirements: ✔Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. ✔Proven experience of 5+ years in supply chain management, preferably in the skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG industry. ✔Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory control, and logistics. ✔Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. ✔Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain management software. ✔Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities. ✔Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
