We are looking for skilled professionals to join our Supply Chain Jobs in Ahmedabad team. The ideal candidates will oversee procurement, inventory management, logistics, and supplier relations to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement supply chain strategies for optimal cost, quality, and efficiency. - Manage procurement, inventory, and logistics to ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished goods. - Negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards. - Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for cost reduction and process improvement. - Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies. - Lead and mentor the supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications & Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG industries. - Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory control, and logistics. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain management software.
