• Work with a growing D2C cosmetics brand • Join at the ground level and be part of their growth journey Job Description: 1. Responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain operations, excluding procurement. 2. This includes managing warehouse teams, inventory planning and forecasting, logistics planning, B2B sales, and stock planning. 3. Supervising 2-3 individuals at the Assistant Manager/Senior Executive level, along with other team members, making up a total team strength of 10-15 members. 4. A strong understanding of supply chain costs at various levels. 5. Should possess strong analytical skills to collaborate with teams on problem-solving and efficiency projects. 6. Strong advanced Excel, dashboards, and data consolidation etc. 7. Should understand key performance metrics for channels such as Nykaa, Q-commerce, Amazon, and Myntra. The Successful Applicant: 1. Candidates with 8-12 years of work experience and a graduation or post-graduation degree. 2. Should be ready to relocate to Whitefield, Bangalore. 3. Strong team management and interpersonal skills.
