Job Summary The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain operations, with a strong focus on SAP-driven billing, inventory control, and logistics coordination. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment, accurate invoicing, and continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities • Configure, manage, and optimize SAP modules related to invoicing, sales, and distribution (SD & MM). • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in billing processes while resolving discrepancies. • Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and delivery timelines. • Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or excess. • Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders to streamline operations. • Analyze supply chain and billing workflows to identify improvements and enhance efficiency. • Generate reports on billing, logistics, and inventory performance for management review. • Prepare and maintain accurate shipping and compliance documentation. • Ensure adherence to financial regulations, company policies, and audit requirements. • Proactively resolve issues related to logistics, transportation, and billing operations. Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. • 3-5 years of experience in SAP billing, logistics, or supply chain roles. • Strong working knowledge of SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and MM (Materials Management) modules. • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Preferred Skills • Experience in supply chain management and logistics processes. • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools within SAP or similar systems.
