Key Responsibilities: • Define and execute long-term supply chain strategy aligned with business goals, customer expectations, and market dynamics. • Lead transformation of the end-to-end supply chain to enhance scalability, agility, and resilience. • Drive Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to align demand forecasting, production planning, inventory, and financial targets. • Design and continuously optimize the supply chain network to support multi-channel distribution and geographic expansion. • Establish strategic supplier partnerships to drive innovation, cost competitiveness, and supply reliability. • Implement robust risk management frameworks covering supply, logistics, geopolitical, and compliance-related risks. • Integrate sustainability (ESG) principles into sourcing, packaging, logistics, and operational processes. • Ensure superior customer fulfilment across all channels, enabling smooth product delivery, installation, and service. • Build and lead a future-ready supply chain team, focusing on capability development, digital fluency, and cross-functional collaboration. Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business; MBA preferred. • 15+ years of experience in supply chain roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity. • Experience in managing large, distributed supply chain operations across regions.
