Role Description We are looking for a full-time on-site Supply Chain Manager in Canada. The Supply Chain Manager will oversee end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand planning, inventory management, procurement, and supply management. Daily responsibilities include: • Analyzing data to forecast demand • Developing and implementing supply chain strategies • Managing inventory levels • Negotiating with vendors • Ensuring the smooth flow of resources • Collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives will also be vital aspects of this role. Qualifications • Strong skills in Demand Planning and Strategic Procurement • Proficiency in Inventory Management and Supply Chain Processes • Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate supply chain performance and forecast demand • Experience in Supply Management, including vendor coordination and procurement operations • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site team environment • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field • Relevant qualifications or experience in international supply chain operations is a plus
