Headquartered in New Delhi, Unaati operates with a presence in major cities across India. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Supply Chain Manager, located in New Delhi. The Supply Chain Manager will oversee daily supply chain operations, manage procurement activities, monitor and optimize inventory levels, and ensure efficient demand planning. Additional responsibilities include analyzing data to improve supply chain processes, managing vendor relationships, and implementing strategies to enhance supply management practices and overall efficiency. Qualifications • Experience in Demand Planning and Analytical Skills to forecast and optimize inventory and supply chain performance • Proficiency in Supply Management and Procurement to build and maintain strong vendor relationships and manage purchasing activities • Knowledge of Inventory Management processes to track, control, and optimize stock levels effectively • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field • Experience in fast-paced industries such as FMCG or E-Commerce or Q-Commerce is a plus • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
