Supply Chain Officer The Supply Chain Officer plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the movement of goods from the supplier to the customer. Key Responsibilities: • Manage procurement activities and maintain relationships with suppliers • Oversee inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels • Optimize supply chain processes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency • Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely delivery • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices • Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement • Implement supply chain strategies to meet business objectives • Resolve supply chain issues and address disruptions promptly • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless operations • Monitor and report on key supply chain KPIs Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field • Proven experience in supply chain management or a related role • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and inventory control • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills • Effective communication and negotiation abilities • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions • Familiarity with supply chain software and ERP systems • Understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Certifications in supply chain management or related areas is a plus • Attention to detail and accuracy in supply chain activities • Experience in international supply chain operations is advantageous • Ability to adapt to changing market trends and demands • Strong project management and multitasking capabilities
