We are hiring a Supply Chain & Operations Executive to manage Supply Chain Operations, Inventory Management, and B2B Client Coordination for multiple Manufacturing Accounts. This role is ideal for candidates interested in Manufacturing Operations, Client Servicing, and Logistics Support. Roles & Responsibilities • Manage Supply Chain Operations, Inventory Tracking, and Logistics Coordination • Coordinate Manufacturing Operations, Production Planning, and Dispatch Coordination • Assist in Client Coordination, Client Servicing, and Customer Support • Support Order Processing, Order Management, and B2B Operations • Maintain MIS, Excel Sheets, Data Management, and Back Office Records • Track Packaging Material, Client-owned Materials, and assist in Client Documentation • Coordinate with Factory Teams, Stores, Packaging Teams, and Dispatch Teams • Assist in Telecalling, Customer Care, and Client Escalation Handling Eligibility & Preferred Background • Graduate / Post-Graduate – BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BCA, MBA, MCom, MSc • Freshers and candidates with experience in Supply Chain Operations, Manufacturing Operations, Client Servicing, Order Processing, or Back Office Operations can apply • Knowledge of Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, FMCG Manufacturing, B2B Client Coordination, Export Import, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or Merchant Handling is an added advantage • Strong English Communication, Coordination Skills, Teamwork, Problem-Solving Ability, and Supply Chain & Operations Management Skills
