Job Details: The position is responsible for the planning, alignment, and execution of Supply Chain planning implementation activities for lifecycle management (LCM) projects. LCM changes include but are not limited to updates in component/raw material, labeling content (IFU), packaging configuration, and manufacturing process (automation). This role works directly with overall project managers, regional supply& demand planners, supply network planners, Master Data Management, Regulatory, Labeling, and packaging partners to ensure strong working relationships and processes, resulting in achievement of stated final project objectives. Responsibilities: Under and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position: • Utilize Global Supply Chain Projects Planning processes to enact product changes and changes to supply chain flows. • This role will plan for seamless transitions from the ‘as is’ configuration to the ‘to be’ state. • Incorporate project management excellence and LEAN methodology. • Significantly align with Supply Planning / Production planning / Purchasing / External Ops planning / Network planning to ensure capacity & capability are appropriately utilized for planning and scheduling functions. • Significantly align with all business partners (Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Master Data Management, Global / Regional PLAN, Deliver, PP&L, ExOps) to ensure alignment and agreement on upcoming changes and implement supply chain planning actions according to the designed strategy. • Support Scenario Planning analysis, with capacity bottleneck identification where required. • Ensure appropriate available capacities to meet timelines and volume requirements. • Support launch, phase-in / phase-out plans with key stakeholders and prepare for operational Supply Chain and PLAN launch readiness. • Identify and pro-actively mitigate risks throughout the entire supply chain. • Identify and drive continuous improvements in Global Supply Chain Projects processes. • Support demand, supply, and inventory strategies to create a robust, efficient, and compliant end-to-end supply chain. • Coach, train, and assist Supply Chain Project Specialists. • Lead global supply plan projects. • Collaborate with regulatory partners to determine country-level regulatory import and distribution restrictions related to the new product design. • Participate & Lead the LCM council meeting to support the product changes. • Hands-on experience in SAP/ JDE supply planning systems. • Ready to navigate through ambiguous situations to drive it to predictable outcome. • Collaborating with global stakeholders and partners to deliver the projects. • Ready to go extra miles in delivering the projects. • Based on the regulatory assessment, develop supply implementation strategy for the project team that details which of the following will be required for the project: BOM update, Code creation, inventory build, FG depletion, and/or Raw material/component phase in/out. • Identify and pro-actively mitigate risks throughout the entire supply chain. • Drive improvements in Global Supply Chain Projects processes. • Experience in working in managing global projects. Qualifications: Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree and or University degree required; focused degree in Supply chain, Engineering, Business, Finance, Logistics or Engineering preferred. Advanced degree preferred. Experience and Skills: Required: • Minimum four (10) years of relevant professional work experience. • Experience in Supply Chain Management, Planning / Logistics, Industrial Engineering or Finance; preferably in a multinational company. • Demonstrated accountability and resilience when faced with multiple challenges. • Strong analytical skills with capability to query systems to extract sets of data for analysis. • Confident, articulate, and professional verbal and written communication skills. • Accuracy with high attention to details. • Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks. • Demonstrated ability to manage complexity. Preferred: • 10 Years of supply chain experience in medical device company as a manager. • Supply planning experience. • Advanced Excel skills – VBA. • Process Excellence certification or demonstrated experience. Other: • Fluency in English required, other languages desirable. • May require up to 10% of domestic and/or international travel.
