About the job

Key Responsibilities Establish optimal inventory levels by balancing warehouse capacity, lead times, demand variability, and cost considerations. Monitor inventory levels in line with defined DOH norms, while minimizing excess and obsolete stock. Maintain master data (SKU, vendor, price, etc.) ensuring accuracy, consistency, and governance across systems. Develop demand forecasts across multiple aggregation levels and planning horizons, including New Product Introductions (NPIs). Manage replenishment planning and allocate stock across warehouses and distribution channels. Track supply in transit and monitor key operational metrics such as fill rate, lead time, and supply availability. Build dashboards for supply chain performance metrics using tools such as Power BI to support data-driven decision-making. Role Requirements Strong understanding of inventory management principles, forecasting techniques, and replenishment planning. Ability to create dashboards and performance reports for Supply Chain KPIs. 2–5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Replenishment, Data Analysis, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and identify patterns, trends, and insights. Hands on experience with key Supply Chain KPIs, including Forecast Accuracy, Bias, OTIF, Fill Rate, Inventory Turns, Aging Inventory, DOH Norms, and Write-off %. Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and Power BI for analysis, reporting, and planning models. Good to Have Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or similar analytical tools. Supply chain certifications such as APICS CPIM or CSCP or equivalent. Experience in multi-channel distribution, retail, or FMCG environments.
