Job Summary This role is responsible for driving technology‑enabled value realization within the Logistics & Supply Network Engineering team. The position will also lead the Workforce Optimization (WFO) rollout, sustained adoption and value tracking across AP Integrated Logistics Services facilities. The role will partner closely with regional and global stakeholders to ensure measurable business value is delivered. This role will be based in Bengaluru. What You Will Do: • Lead the Technology Acceleration charter within the Logistics & Supply Network Engineering team with a strong focus on automation, analytics, and digital enablement • Lead the continued rollout, stabilization, and adoption of Workforce Optimization (WFO) across AP ILS facilities. • Own the value tracker for all technology‑enabled initiatives within scope, provide regular, structured updates on value realization, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership. • Work closely with regional logistics, supply chain, IT, analytics, and trade compliance teams to drive aligned execution. • Establish governance mechanisms to prioritize initiatives, manage dependencies, and ensure disciplined execution. • Contribute to longer‑term digital and capability roadmaps for logistics and supply chain functions. • Benchmark practices among different facilities and industry for continuous improvement. Additional Info: • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field with at least 10 years of relevant experience • This position requires 5-10% travel. What You Have: • Strong experience in logistics, supply chain engineering, or operations transformation. • Proven track record in leading digital, analytics, or automation initiatives with measurable business impact. • Experience driving change management and adoption across operational teams. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into executive‑level insights. • Data analytics experience, including knowledge and demonstrated use of analytics software (Power BI, Python, or similar tools) • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non‑technical audiences. • Business Statistics: Knowledge of statistical tools, processes, and practices to describe business results in measurable scales; ability to use statistical tools and processes to assist in making business decisions. • Planning: Tactical, Strategic: Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan. • Supply Chain Management: Knowledge of strategies and tools for controlling and optimizing the aftermarket supply chain planning parameters and velocity KPIs to optimize aftermarket product availability. • Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems. • Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment. • Business Acumen: Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations. • Emerging Technologies: Knowledge of emerging technologies (data science & AI); ability to design, apply and evaluate new tools and optimize technologies for business environments. • Innovation: Knowledge of the value of innovation; ability to create and develop new ideas for answers to work-related problems that improve the performance of the organization. • Cross-Team Integration: Understanding of the importance of inter-team collaboration in breaking down silos and achieving business results; ability to lead employees from various functions to communicate, coordinate work across divisions, and collaborate in solving problems as one team. • Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.
