Supply Chain Management (SCM) - Medical Experience - 15+years Job location - Bangalore, Pune & Chennai We are seeking a visionary and experienced Supply Chain Practice Leader with a strong medical background to lead strategic initiatives and drive innovation across healthcare supply chain operations. This role will be instrumental in shaping best practices, optimizing performance, and delivering value-based outcomes in complex healthcare environments. - Lead the development and execution of supply chain strategies across healthcare networks or client organizations. - Serve as a subject matter expert in healthcare logistics, procurement, and inventory management. - Collaborate with medical, clinical, and administrative leaders to align supply chain practices with patient care and regulatory standards. - Design and implement scalable supply chain models that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery. - Advanced degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. - Clinical or medical background (e.g., nursing, pharmacy, biomedical sciences) is preferred. - 10+ years of experience in healthcare supply chain leadership or consulting. - Proven track record of leading large-scale supply chain transformations. - Deep understanding of healthcare compliance, accreditation, and logistics standards. - Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills. - Experience with ERP systems, supply chain analytics, and digital tools. Role will be discussed during interviews.
